ABOUT PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training takes place in Barnsley and the surrounding areas.  I can travel to you, or you can come to me.

 

All workouts are put together to meet the needs of the individual and the method that is most likely to get best results for the person doing personal training.

Changes 4 weeks apart

15 pounds in weight lost and 31cm lost from customer age 42 from personal training, this was achieved in 4 weeks.

ONLINE FITNESS AND RECIPES

You can get personal training results from the comfort of your own home without the need for me to visit you, all thanks to the internet and modern technology.

 

No equipment is needed, the only thing you need to do is complete the fitness sessions and try the recipes.

 

About the fitness

Using exercises that have been adapted from the home personal training, no equipment is needed and support is available as and when you need it.

 

You recieve 3 workouts per week, either attending the live sessions or doing recorded workouts.

 

  • Live sessions = done over zoom and is the best option for people who prefer to train as the session is happening.

 

  • Recorded workouts = are the live sessions that were recorded, this is the best option for people who prefer to train at times to suit them.  You can train anytime and anywhere with this option.

 

About the recipes

There are 30 recipes these range from soups, curries, stir fries, casseroles, omelletes, the morning shake recipe and slow cook meals.  

 

With these recipes, most can be created in 10 to 15 minutes and you can feed your whole family a good meal for the cost of ONE BURGER for you, chips and fizzy drink not included.

 

Once you learn which everyday spices to use you will be suprised how easy it is to create healthy recipes.

 

There is also a YouTube channel which you will be able to access with video recorded recipes.
