ABOUT PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training takes place in Barnsley and the surrounding areas.  I can travel to you, or you can come to me.

 

All workouts are put together to meet the needs of the individual and the method that is most likely to get best results for the person doing personal training.

 

Below are a few examples of results seen by people who tried the personal training.

CHANGES FOR CUSTOMER AGE 42

15 pounds in weight lost and 31cm lost from customer age 42 from personal training, this was achieved in 4 weeks.

4 STONES IN 5 MONTHS

Changes for 35 year old mum of 3 from one session per week of personal training.

CHANGES NOTICED

Reduction against tummy area starting to be seen 2 weeks and 7 pounds lighter from personal training for customer age 38

CHANGES IN 4 WEEKS

11 pounds in weight and 35cm lost overall for 34 year old mum of 2 from personal training.

For customer age 49 from personal training, this customer had 2 strokes and was very limited with what she could do, however using these were the changes seen from personal training.

30 year old mum of 2 did personal training with a friend and this customer lost 49cm with huge reductions coming from tummy area, 6 sessions were completed in 5 weeks.

This customer was doing online fitness (recorded workouts) and here is her feedback. 

What method of training is being used?

All customers featured did a martial arts themed fitness workout, this means they spent their personal training session doing a variety of kicking and punching techniques against the shields and pads.

 

Why this method of fitness?

Customers are able to get results with one personal training session per week.  One session per week works best for people with busy lifestyles (work and family commitments for example).

 

So for my customer base, they want to be leaner, fitter and more toned and so one personal training session per week is ideal for people who want results, but need time to see to other areas of their lives.

 

Can customers complete more than one personal training session per week?

You can train as often as you wish, it largely depends how much time per week you wish to devote to fitness and how much money you wish to spend.

 

One personal training session per week is still a commitment and shouldn't be taken lightly.  If you can do this one session per week you will see results.

 

However, you can do more sessions per week if you wish.

Give me a call and tell me what your goals are, workouts are put together based on your needs (so if for some crazy reason you want to do burpees and run around your local park for example, that is fine).

 

However, I do recommend the martial arts workout, however we can do the workout you feel is best for you.

 

Train by yourself or train with a friend to reduce costs.

DIET (healthy eating recipes)

There are 30 recipes these range from soups, curries, stir fries, casseroles, omelletes, the morning shake recipe and slow cook meals.  

 

With these recipes, most can be created in 10 to 15 minutes and you can feed your whole family a good meal for the cost of ONE BURGER for you, chips and fizzy drink not included.

 

Once you learn which everyday spices to use you will be suprised how easy it is to create healthy recipes.

YouTube channel

Starting from April 2024 there is now a new YouTube channel, I will be uploading free exercise videos and free recipes.

Chicken stir fry - 15 minutes

Which has a genuine 15 minutes preperation and cooking time, shich includes chopping and peeling (not all the ingrediants already professionally chopped up for you in a dish so you can throw them into the wok).

As I will be uploading recipes and exercises you can do at home, this is a new channel, but I will be uploading more content over the coming weeks.

ONLINE FITNESS

 

Option 1 - joining live online fitness sessions.

Join the live fitness sessions from anywhere in the world, no equipment is needed and all workouts are completed in around 20 to 25 minutes.

 

  • £10 for 1 week
  • £25 for 1 month
  • £35 for 1 month + all 30 recipes.

 

 

 

Option 2 - Recorded workouts

Recorded workouts are the lives (option 1) that were recorded.

 

This is a better option for people who prefer to train at times convenient to them, or those who cannot train at set times.

 

  • 1 workout = £4
  • 3 workouts = £9
  • 5 workouts = £12
  • 10 workouts = £15

 

 

 

Option 3 - Healthy eating recipes

30 healthy eating receipes which include soups, currie, slow cook meals, casseroles, morning shake recipe, omelletes, meal planner can be made avalable.

 

  • £25 for all 30 recipes
  • £30 for all 30 recipes + 10 recorded workouts.

 

Trial option

 

3 recipes as featured in photos above, slow cook chicken curry , french onion soup and pea soup/or red pepper chilli con carni.
